Last October 4, 2005, at the Westin Philippine Plaza Hotel, The Philippine Marketing Excellence Awards Institute, the Asian Institute of Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and Sales & Marketing Magazine jointly awarded Villa Anna Paradise Resort and Farm with the 2005 Philippine Marketing Excellence Award as the Most Outstanding Mountain Resort, in the National Awards category.
Villa Anna Paradise Resort and Farm had its Grand Opening last October 8, 2004. During the farm-resort inauguration, more than 200 guests were invited including Oriental Mindoro Cong. Rodolfo G. Valencia, Gov. Bartolome Marasigan, Socorro Mayor Maria Fe Brondial along with the various mayors and vice mayors of the province.
